Our method includes slowly but steadily increasing dosage overtime to find the amount where you can achieve the maximum benefit, with minimal tiredness. Unless that’s what you want, of course!
So, we like to start at a low dose (10 – 25mg is our personal “low”) & slowly increase by 5 – 10mg to see if there is more room for benefit! You may very well find that taking more makes you feel even better. This of course doesn’t mean you should be drinking the whole bottle, of course! In fact, we invite you to try smaller doses more frequently as an alternative to large, infrequent doses.

So, try taking your CBD two, three, or more times throughout the day. Your body may appreciate the more frequent refills instead of the strong dosages you may be taking! This is another important factor to your success with CBD & should be experimented with.
